1. Quality Controller – Sharjah, UAE

Mezzan Holding seeks a passionate Quality Controller with at least one year of experience in the food manufacturing industry. This critical role ensures top-notch product quality and compliance with safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials for compliance with specifications.

Maintain accurate inspection records and follow up on non-conformance reports.

Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

Uphold food safety standards like FSSC 22000 and HACCP, ensuring hygiene protocols are followed.

Support process improvement through root cause analysis.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology, or related fields.

HACCP Level-3 certification (mandatory); additional food safety training is an advantage.

Expertise in QC inspections, material quality tests, and food safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and route rides for performance improvement.

Set and monitor SKU sales targets and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
